California Poppy has a mildly sedative effect that can help to relieve insomnia, promote deep relaxation and calm anxiety and agitation.
Ingredients: Sonoma County - grown California Poppy root, leaf and stem, non-GMO vegetable glycerin, distilled water. Alcohol free.
Suggested use: For sensitive folks, can be taken homeopathically at 1-3 drops 1-3 times/day, or up to 1-3 dropperfuls 1-3 times/day.
